PURCHASE POLICY

Our purchase policy serves as a memorandum of agreement and applies to all items for sale by Fashion Curator Manila through this website and/or its other sales channels (Viber, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, direct store purchase, etc.).

Please note that by the act of depositing and/or transferring the amount due, you are:

FINAL SALE:
• A NO REFUND policy for ANY reason is applicable once FINAL SALE has been made.
• Stating that you have seen all photos and details of the item you are purchasing and have done all the necessary research to verify on your own that you are purchasing an authentic item in the condition described as part of your own due diligence.

RESERVATION:
• Agreeing that the deposit fee is non-refundable. But transferable with less 50% on the value of your original deposit. Meaning, if in case you change your mind on the item you reserved and paid ₱10,000.00, the new value will be ₱5,000.00 
• Agreeing to pay the balance within the agreed time and duration.
• Agreeing that if you are unable to settle your balance within the agreed time, that a surcharge of 3% per month will be added to your total balance. 
• In the event that your balance has not been paid on time (as per agreement), a 3% interest fee is automatically added to your balance and for every succeeding month after your cut-off date.

PRE-ORDER:
• Agreeing that a 50% deposit fee is required per item for Pre-order, and that the balance is required to paid within the week of its arrival. 
• Agreeing that we will only ship out or deliver the Item(s) upon full payment. 
• Agreeing that the deposit fee is non-refundable once item has been purchased or because of change of heart. 
• Agreeing that we will return your deposit if item for purchase is unavailable, 
• Agreeing that we will return your deposit should you decide to cancel the pre-prder, as long as item has not been purchased. 
• Agreeing that once item(s) is/are purchased, that exchange is not permitted.

EXCHANGE:
 • Agreeing that FCM will only accept exchange for ON HAND Brand New or Pre-Owned regular priced items, subject for approval – except for Accessories and Footwear. 
• Agreeing that the expenses of the return of the item(s), shall be at the clients’ expense. 
• Agreeing that FCM will only accept exchange for items that were agreed upon. 
• Agreeing that should you decide to return, all delivery charges will be billed to you.
